hushsound.com is operated by HUSH Productions LLC, a registered LLC in the United States. This website, our store operations, and related business activities may be conducted through hushsound.com and third-party platforms, including but not limited to Bandcamp and Shopify. Each platform’s own terms, policies, and technical rules apply in addition to the terms set out here, and where required, the platform-specific rules will govern use of that platform. Terms of Use

By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to any platform-specific rules that apply to the channel you use. These Terms apply to physical products, digital products, subscriptions, services, and any related offerings sold through hushsound.com or authorized third-party platforms.

We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability, release schedules, and preorder timing at any time. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, and stock availability. Preorder dates are estimates only and may change. Terms and conditions apply to individual productions so please be sure to read the description details.

Shipping and Fulfillment

We ship internationally and shipments are fulfilled by either the agreed upon shipping courier at checkout or the most cost-effective carrier with insurance and with tracking information provided where applicable. Buyers may receive tracking details through their Bandcamp email on file or the relevant checkout email used on the platform.

Vinyl records and merchandise are stored and distributed through our EU-based facilities. Depending on item availability and destination, orders may be fulfilled from the EU to help streamline shipping and logistics. Shipping times, customs treatment, and delivery estimates may vary depending on fulfillment location and destination country.

International shipments generally arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on destination, shipping method, and customs delays. Orders to the USA may take longer and cost more due to current tariffs. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by their local authorities.

If an order includes multiple items from HUSH and/or Mistress Recordings, shipping may be bundled where operationally possible. If a preorder is included, we may ship the full order together once the release becomes available, unless a separate shipment arrangement is required.

If a package is returned because it was not collected after attempted delivery, we may issue a refund minus shipping fees, or arrange reshipment once additional postage is paid. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. See bandcamp for details.

Returns and Refunds

If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a written description of the issue. Return authorization is required before anything will be accepted as a return and sent back.

Unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, and/or store credit.

For shipments and purchases within the EU, we honor the applicable right of withdrawal and any additional consumer rights required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and policies are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute venue should be in USA unless a different forum is required by applicable law.
